Ibiza Town

Ibiza Town

Ibiza has to be one of the most fascinating parts of the world.  Both day and night there is plenty on offer!  Ibiza Town is the largest city on the island of Ibiza and is the perfect place for those that enjoy relaxing on the beach in the day and partying the night away in some of the world’s well known clubs.  It most certainly ticks many boxes.

You most definitely won’t be alone as Ibiza Town is a favourite hotspot for many celebrities; mainly DJ’s playing at the party capital.

Beach time

Ibiza Town may not have its own beach but beach lovers should worry not because the nearest beach is only a ten minute stroll away.  Providing the best of the Mediterranean the beaches in Ibiza are a sun bather’s paradise.  Enjoy a cocktail watching the sea come in or participate in a large number of water sports on offer.  This is certainly a region that isn’t short on things to do both day and night.

Out and about in Ibiza Town

There is something for everyone to enjoy as this region of Ibiza has a large range of restaurants, high end designer shops and Spanish architecture.  Why don’t you reserve a table at a restaurant overlooking the sea front or look out for some of the biggest yachts moored for the summer?

Taking the best of Rome, Paris and Barcelona you can expect plaza’s lined with palm trees, romantic cobbled alleyways and colourful markets.  This is most definitely the best of all worlds.  One minute you are welcomed by a cosmopolitan city with its electric crowds and then you open your eyes to gorgeous beaches in neighbouring Talamanca and Playa d’en Bossa.

Ibiza Town by night

If you have never visited Ibiza Town before it is so much better than you could ever imagine.  Its night life is exactly what Ibiza Town is best known for and has something for everyone to enjoy.  Regardless of your tastes in music you can find venues for the young, older, the chilled and the gay.  Ibiza is not a place that slows down and goes to sleep at midnight, if anything it is just wakening up.

Pacha is the most well known nightclub in Ibiza Town and shows other clubs and cities how partying should be done.

Temperature in Ibiza Town

The first days of summer can be expected at the beginning of May when the island starts to warm up.  Temperatures at this time of year can be expected to be in the mid-twenties.  Between the months of June to September visitors to the region can expect very little rainfall and temperatures in the region of 30 degrees.  Beach lovers are in their element.

If you are planning on arriving from October onwards the temperatures start to drop to the late teens but days and evenings are still very pleasant.  You just may require an extra layer of clothing in the evening.

You may be surprised to hear that this is classed as a destination that is popular with visitors all year round.
